How this differs from a typical discount program

Who gets the commission?
With many member discount programs, the provider keeps it. MemberLoop pays a share of every vendor commission back to your association as non-dues revenue.
Where do members go?
Many programs send members to a separate website with a sign-up code. MemberLoop runs inside your portal, under your name, with the login members already use.
Who owns the member relationship?
You do. Members sign in through your association and see your name throughout, so every saving reads as a benefit of membership.
We already have a list of discounts.
Many associations build up a list of vendor offers over time, and none of it pays the association. MemberLoop brings those offers into one portal under your brand, and it earns for you.

A second line of revenue beside dues

Dues fund the core of your work. MemberLoop adds a separate line of non-dues revenue from spending your members already do, with no fee to your association and no IT project.

Your share comes from vendor commissions, never from members' pockets. Members pay the member price, and the vendor pays the commission.

What boards ask

What does it cost us?
Nothing for the benefits portal: it's free for your association. Vendors pay a commission, and only when members buy.
How do we earn?
A share of every vendor commission comes back to you as non-dues revenue. The more members use the program, the more you earn, and a monthly statement shows what you earned.
How and when are we paid?
Monthly, through Stripe, to your association's bank account. If a month comes to less than $50, it rolls into the next one. Every month has a statement in your admin console, and you can download a one-page year in review for your AGM.
Is it an IT project?
No. We set up the portal under your name. There is nothing to build or host, and members sign in with the login they already have. How it connects to your membership system
Who holds member data?
Your association. We never sell member data or give your member list to vendors, and we handle it under Canada's private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA). Vendors see only the members who buy from them, like any customer.
Who chooses the vendors?
We source vendors that matter in your members' working lives, such as phone plans, practice software, banking and travel. You choose which offers to feature, and you can add deals you already have with your sponsors or affinity partners. Only your members see those.
Who tells members about it?
You do, through your own newsletter and website, and we write the messages for you. Member consent stays with your association, and our team answers member questions so your staff don't have to.
