Commission and costs

One model, stated plainly. It costs nothing to join. You pay a commission on confirmed member sales, and part of it goes back to the member's association.

What you pay, and when

Joining
Nothing. There is no listing, setup, onboarding or monthly fee.
Commission
An agreed commission on each confirmed member sale, set per offer. It can be a percentage of the sale, a share of a subscription for a set number of months, or a fixed amount per sale or sign-up, whichever your program already uses.
When it's payable
Only once a sale is confirmed. Sales stay pending through your validation or return window. Declined, cancelled and refunded sales are reversed and cost nothing.
How it's paid
For network programs, through Awin, Impact or PartnerStack on the network's normal payment cycle, with no new invoices to manage. For direct agreements, on the terms and schedule in the agreement.
Reporting
Network partners see member sales in their usual network reporting, under MemberLoop as the publisher. Direct partners receive a regular statement of tracked and confirmed sales.
Setting the rate
We'll propose a commission that suits your margins and the category, usually in line with what your program already pays publishers. The member price and the commission are agreed together before anything goes live.

Where the commission goes

MemberLoop keeps part of each commission to run the platform. The rest goes to the association whose member made the purchase, as non-dues revenue that supports its work for the profession.

That split is between MemberLoop and the association. It doesn't change what you pay, and you don't manage payments to associations yourself.

It's also why associations have a reason to point members to the offers in their portal: the program helps fund them.

Association earnsa share, as non-dues revenue

A share comes back to the association. Free for your association. Vendors pay only when members buy.

Sponsored placement

Optional, and only alongside a live member offer.

What it is
A featured panel in the promotion area at the top of the member offers page, with your image, headline and a link to your offer.
How it's labelled
Every paid placement carries a visible Sponsored label. That isn't optional, and it's how members keep trusting what they see.
Price
Quoted for each booking, based on length and the associations included. It's separate from commission and never required to join.
